We are Kevin & Winky O'Neale, our home is in Cumbria, but we live & work out in Saas Grund during the Summer months.

Kevin works as an 'IFMGA' qualified mountain guide from May through to September, offering mountaineering & climbing holidays & guiding on such famous mountains as the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, the Eiger & the huge selection of 4000+ metre peaks in & around the Valais Alps of Switzerland. Winky is a member of the British association of International Mountain Leaders (BAIML), and has the International Mountain Leader award (IML). During the Summer she organises & leads walking holidays in the Swiss & French Alps. In the Spring & Autumn she works on Skye, offering scrambling & walking courses on the Cuillin of Skye. The apartment has three good-sized bedrooms, with two single beds in each and plenty of storage. There is a sofa-bed as well so Opal can sleep 6 in the bedrooms & 2 on the sofa-bed.

The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the apartment building Opal, so is very quiet. It has two big balconies, one facing South with lots of sun-bathing potential; and one facing North off the two rear bedrooms. More pictures on the 'more pictures' page!
